We are situated on the 2nd floor of building 158 on 34th B Cross. This is in the II Block of Rajajinagar in Bangalore. It is a well-known area, and we have been here for a long time now. The office for Ascent Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is not very big, but it has enough room for our small team to work comfortably. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and shops, so there is always a bit of life on the streets outside. We have a set routine that we follow every day, starting with a quick check of what is pending from the day before. We do not use much jargon or have complicated hierarchies. Everyone knows what their job is, and we just get on with it. Sometimes the stairs to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but that is about the only complaint anyone has.
