Aroma Food Court

You can find our place at Number 20 on the Indira Nagar Versova Link Road. Aroma Food Court isn't one of those massive mall areas with dozens of different stalls and bright lights. It is a much smaller setup that we put together ourselves. We usually have a few different things cooking on the stoves at the same time. It can get pretty chaotic in the kitchen area once the dinner orders start coming in from the customers. The Versova Link Road always has cars zooming past the front, but once we are inside, we just focus on what is happening on the burners. We spend a lot of our time checking the vegetable supplies and the dry goods. Some days the price of onions goes way up, and we have to figure out how to manage that. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Our office is just a small desk tucked in the back with a lot of papers and some empty crates stacked around it. Most of the staff has been working with us for a long time now. We are more like a small family, even if we occasionally argue about who forgot to close the freezer door. People from around Indira Nagar come in quite a bit. It is a simple place with just regular plastic tables and chairs. We keep them clean, but they aren't fancy furniture. We just want to serve food that tastes good and keep moving.
