Arihanth Impex

Our office is over at 12/1, on the first floor. It’s right there in New Kalasipalyam Extn., specifically the 2nd Main and 5th Cross. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the turns around here. Arihanth Impex has been operating out of this space for a good bit of time. The stairs up to the first floor are a little steep, so we always tell people to watch their step when they come up. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and files. We deal with a lot of different items coming in and going out every day. The morning usually starts with sweeping the floor and opening the windows to get some air in, though the street noise is always right there. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always someone shouting or a bike revving outside. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just a plain door with the name on it. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we know how each other likes their coffee or how we organize the packing slips. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a simple way of working. We don't really do anything flashy, just the regular stuff that needs doing. It’s a bit cramped when a big shipment comes, but we manage to squeeze everything in.
