Arihant Associates

Arihant Associates is run by us, and we are currently operating out of C O Jayaraj’s place at 370 2, 3rd Cross in Kavika Layout. This is right in the heart of a busy part of Bangalore. Being on the 3rd Cross means we get a bit less of the main road noise, which is helpful when we’re trying to focus. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here for several years and the layout has stayed pretty much the same. Jayaraj is a good guy to work with. We don’t have any fancy meeting rooms, just a couple of desks and some old chairs for when visitors come by. We usually offer people a cup of tea and just talk through whatever they need. Kavika Layout has a lot of small businesses like ours, so we feel right at home. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do our associates work properly and keep things moving without all the corporate jargon. Some days are slower than others, and we just use that time to tidy up the records. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don't have a marketing department, it’s just us answering the phones and doing the work ourselves.
