Archana Home Tutions

We run Archana Home Tutions out of Muthayal Nagar in Mathikere. Our office is at No. 62 on 15th C Cross, right behind JP Park. It’s a nice spot because the park is so close, though we don’t spend much time there ourselves. We mostly work by sending tutors to students' homes around the city. We’ve been doing this for several years now. It started out small, just a couple of us helping out neighbors’ kids, and then it grew a bit. We don't have a big school building with classrooms. Instead, we have a list of people who are good at different subjects and we match them with families who need help. It’s a very simple system. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people to see what they need. Mathikere is our base, but our tutors go all over. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just know that some kids learn better at their own kitchen table than in a crowded room. The people who tutor for us are mostly students themselves or retired teachers. We just try to be reliable and show up on time. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. If you live near JP Park, you might have seen our small sign. We’re just a local group trying to make tutoring easier for everyone involved.
