Aravind Thayill

Living and working in Mangammana Palya has its own rhythm. I started Aravind Thayill as a small way to handle things around the area. We are located at number 50, which is a spot I’ve known for a long time. It’s not a big corporate office. It is more like a place where you can just walk in and talk. I handle most of the daily tasks myself. Some days are packed with work and others are a bit quieter when I catch up on records. The neighbors often drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. I didn't want a place that felt cold or formal. I wanted something that felt like home. The street outside can get a bit dusty and the noise from the nearby shops is always there, but you get used to it. I’ve lived in this part of town for years, so I know how things move. People usually find me through word of mouth rather than big signs. It’s been a slow process building this up. I spend a lot of time just keeping things organized. There’s no big team here, just me and occasionally a helper when things get really busy. We don’t have fancy brochures. If you need something, you just come over and we figure it out together. That’s how small businesses used to be, and I like keeping it that way.
