Aranya Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Aranya Multi Cuisine Restaurant is tucked away in Koramangala 462. It’s a bit of a hectic area but we like it here. We opened up because we wanted a place where you could get a bit of everything without it being a big deal. The kitchen stays pretty warm most of the day since we have different stoves going for different types of food. Sometimes the smells from the curry and the Chinese pans get all mixed up in the hallway, which I think is fine. It shows we’re actually cooking things from scratch. Our staff has been with us for a bit now. We’ve got some guys who are really good with the tandoor and others who handle the stir-fry stuff. It’s a lot of coordination to get everyone’s order out at the same time. The tables are a bit close together, so it gets noisy when the lunch crowd hits. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything. Just some sturdy chairs and a menu that covers a lot of ground. Koramangala is always changing, new places opening up every week, but we just stay here at number 462 and do our thing. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or the water delivery being late. It’s just part of running a restaurant in this city. We hope the food is good enough that people keep coming back. That’s really all we care about at the end of the day.
