Apollo Munich Health Insurance

We are located in Cears Plaza on Residency Road, right across from the Bangalore Club. It’s a pretty central spot, so there’s always a lot of people and cars moving around outside. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with health insurance papers. We spend our time talking to people about their medical claims and trying to help them understand what their policies cover. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the folks who come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit quiet when everyone is focused on their screens, and other times it’s a bit of a madhouse with phones ringing constantly. We have a small break room where we drink tea and talk about our weekends. The view of the club across the street is nice, even if we don't spend any time there ourselves. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here; we’re just regular people trying to do our jobs and help other people with their health coverage. It’s a lot of data entry and checking boxes, but we try to be as helpful as we can when someone walks in with a problem. It’s a steady pace and we’re used to the rhythm of Residency Road. We just keep things moving along one claim at a time.
