Apco Concrete Blocks & Allied Products

Out here at Apco Concrete Blocks & Allied Products, things are usually moving pretty fast. We’re set up in JP Nagar, specifically at 14th Cross in the 1st Phase, over at number 805. It’s a good spot for us because we’re close enough to where people are building things. We mostly deal with concrete blocks and other stuff you need for a solid foundation. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is usually pretty tired. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. Our space is more about utility and having enough room to stack the blocks without them getting in everyone's way. The 14th Cross area has changed quite a bit since we first started, with more shops and houses popping up every month. We’ve got a small crew, and we’ve all learned how to handle the machinery and the heavy lifting over time. There’s no secret to what we do; we just make sure the blocks are ready when someone needs them. Sometimes a customer comes in not quite sure how many blocks they need for a wall, and we just talk it through based on what we’ve seen work before. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth in JP Nagar usually keeps us busy enough. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep the yard organized, which is harder than it sounds.
