Aon

We are based out in Whitefield, Bangalore. It is pretty much what you would expect from this side of town, with a lot of noise and people always moving somewhere. Aon has been here for a bit and we have a routine going. The office isn't anything out of the ordinary, just a place where we sit down and get through the day's tasks. Usually, the morning starts with the sound of the traffic outside and the hum of the air conditioner. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. Some of the windows look out over the street and you can see the metro work or the construction happening nearby. We don't really have a formal vibe here, everyone just wears what they are comfortable in and talks about their weekend while the coffee brews. Lunch is the best part because we all sit together and share whatever we brought from home. It is a bit loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once but that is just how we like it. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our work and making sure things get finished. By the time five or six rolls around, we are ready to face the commute back home. It's just a regular group of people working in a busy part of Bangalore.
