Annapurna Caterers

Annapurna Caterers is based at No.106 in the Alcazar building on Infantry Road. This is right in the heart of Bangalore, 560001, so things are always moving fast outside our doors. We spend most of our time in the back, getting orders ready for various events around the city. Infantry Road is a very busy place, with lots of offices and shops, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise. Being in the Alcazar building, we have been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. We don't have a big showroom or a fancy lobby. Our space is mostly focused on the kitchen and the packing area where we get everything loaded into the vans. The team is just a bunch of regular people who know how to handle big pots and pans. We don't use any polished language or have any big corporate slogans. We just get the job done and make sure the food gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get out on time, but we do our best. We have seen a lot of changes on Infantry Road over the years, but we just stay focused on our daily routine. It is a lot of lifting and cleaning and cooking, but that is the nature of the catering business here in the city. We keep our heads down and just work through the list of orders every single day.
