We are over at No.29 on 7th A Main in the Chbs Layout, near the BDA Complex in Vijaynagar. It’s a good spot, especially with the complex so close by. Our catering business keeps us on our toes. There’s always a lot of washing, cutting, and cooking to do. We don't have much of an office because the kitchen is where we really live. It’s usually loud with the sound of pots and pans. We started out small and just kept going because people liked the food. We don't have a fancy menu designer; we just cook what we know how to make well. Vijaynagar is a bustling place, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes we run out of space when a big order comes in, so we have to get creative with our workspace. Our team is like a little family, even if we argue over the salt sometimes. We don’t use corporate lingo. We just talk about spices and delivery times. It’s hard on the back, standing all day, but we're used to it by now. We just want to make sure the containers are full and the food is hot when it leaves our door. It’s a simple goal but it takes a lot of coordination to get it right every time. We just do our best to make sure everything tastes like it should and arrives when it’s supposed to. That is all we care about.
