Annal Packers & Movers is based right over on 29/1 Begur Road. Moving stuff is hard work, and that’s basically what we do every single day. We started this small business because we saw how much trouble people had getting their furniture and boxes from one place to another without breaking things. It is just a group of us who know how to lift heavy stuff and pack a truck properly. Begur Road is always busy, so we are usually out early in the morning to beat the worst of the traffic. We don't have a giant warehouse or anything, just our space and the trucks we use. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We spend a lot of time wrapping things in old blankets and taping up cardboard boxes. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are lots of stairs involved. We just show up, do the lifting, and try to get everything where it needs to go. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know the shortcuts and the backstreets. Sometimes the weather gets in the way, especially when it rains, and we have to be extra careful with the plastic sheets. We've seen all sorts of houses, from tiny apartments to big places with too many stairs. If you pass by number 29/1, you’ll probably see our trucks parked out front or the guys loading up. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one.
