We've been operating Anna Minocher Catering from our spot at No.32, Cunningham Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy area, but we’ve found our rhythm here. If you know the road, you probably know the building. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready. The kitchen gets hot, but that's just how it goes when you're preparing food for people. There isn't much fancy about the way we do things at No.32. We just show up, look at what needs doing for the day, and get to work. It's a family-run kind of feel, even on the days when things get a bit chaotic. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late, or the weather makes things difficult on Cunningham Road, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate office with a bunch of layers. It’s just us. When someone calls or stops by the address, they're talking to the people actually making the food. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but No.32 is still where we set up every morning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks. Usually, we're washing up or packing bins by the afternoon. That’s basically the life here at Anna Minocher Catering.
