If you drive out to the Jigani Industrial Area, you’ll find us at 15-B in Stage 2. It’s a bit of a trek out to Anekal Taluk, especially with the trucks on the road. The air out here feels different than the city. We work with herbs and natural stuff, so the warehouse often smells like dried leaves and roots. It’s a big space because we need room for the processing. We aren't a small shop; there's a lot of equipment for grinding and mixing. The floors are concrete and we have to wear specific gear when we are handling the raw materials. It’s noisy when the machines are running, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We start early to beat the worst of the heat, but by midday, it’s still pretty warm under the roof. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the plants coming in from the suppliers. If the herbs aren't right, the whole batch is ruined, so we are careful. There’s a small office area where we handle the paperwork and the private limited company details. We mostly deal with other businesses who buy our herbal products in bulk. It’s a lot of hard work and physical labor, but it’s what we do out here in Jigani. We close up when the sun starts to go down and head home after a long day of production.
