I run my business from 40 Yelahanka Nagarsheth Market, located in Ratan Pole right near the Kogilu Cross. It is a very lively area to be in, with people constantly moving and shops packed tight against each other. My spot in the Nagarsheth Market is small, but I have managed to make it work for a long time now. I handle a bit of everything here, mostly trading goods that people in the neighborhood need. The market can be very loud, especially in the mornings when the new stock arrives. I don't have a big team of employees or a fancy office setup. It is mostly just me and occasionally a helper when things get really busy. The shop is filled with various items, and sometimes it can feel a bit cramped, but that is just the way it is in Ratan Pole. I’ve known many of the other shopkeepers around Kogilu Cross for years, so it feels like a little community. We look out for each other. I don't do any online selling or fancy marketing. People know where I am, and they come by when they need something specific. The building is old and the stairs are a bit steep, but it has a lot of character. I enjoy the daily routine of opening up, greeting the neighbors, and seeing who walks through the door. It’s just a normal, local life.
