Anandh Stores

Anandh Stores is situated right near Vodafone Tower 3 on Cubbonpet Main Road. It’s a busy intersection where Corporate Road meets the main drag. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. The store isn't very big, so we have to use every inch of space. We have shelves packed with all sorts of things people might need in a hurry. From snacks and drinks to basic stationery or soap. It’s a bit of a jumble, but we generally know where everything is located. The noise from the traffic outside never really stops, especially with the tower right there. People often use us as a landmark when they’re giving directions to someone else. We see a lot of office workers coming in during their lunch breaks to grab a quick bite or something they forgot to bring from home. We don't have fancy displays or anything. It's just a regular store with a counter and a fridge that hums a bit too loudly in the back. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use candles or torches to see the back of the shelves. We just take things as they come. It’s a lot of standing around and chatting with the neighbors when it’s quiet. We don't try to be anything we're not. We’re just a local store trying to keep the shelves stocked for whoever walks in. It’s just us doing our thing every day.
