Our office is at 472/9 in the AVS Compound, which is right on the 80 Feet Road in Koramangala's 4th Block. Koramangala is a busy area with lots of startups, but we’ve been here in this compound for a while. Analytica India Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of people who enjoy working with data and numbers. It’s not as exciting as it sounds to some people, but we find it interesting. The office is usually quiet because everyone is focused on their screens, though we do have some lively debates during our tea breaks. We have a small kitchen where someone is always making coffee. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we’ve added pieces as we grew, rather than buying everything at once. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of those corporate posters with eagles on them. We just come in, look at the datasets we need to process, and try to make sense of the information for our clients. It takes a lot of patience and sometimes we have to stay late to finish a report. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore; we just want to do decent work for the people who trust us with their data. The 80 Feet Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so many of us try to shift our hours a bit to avoid the worst traffic. It's a simple, hardworking atmosphere here every day.
