Amoda Wellness Academy

Amoda Wellness Academy is located at number 239 in Gunjur. We are on the first floor, right above the Muthoot Finance branch. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the Varthur area. Gunjur is growing fast, but we’ve managed to keep our little space feeling alright. Since we are on the first floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always busy with people going in and out of the finance office. We aren't a big, polished corporate gym or anything like that. It’s just a space where we focus on wellness and teaching. We have some mats and equipment laid out, and it feels like a regular place for people to come and learn. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside comes in, but we just ignore it. We spend our hours here working with whoever shows up. It’s not a fancy academy with a lot of marketing; it’s just us doing what we know about health and well-being. If you are coming from Varthur, we are just a short way down the road. Most people use the Muthoot Finance sign as a landmark to find the stairs up to us. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need. We’ve seen a lot of people come through our doors looking to feel a bit better. We just do our thing every day. The neighborhood around Varthur and Gunjur is always changing, but we stay focused on what happens inside these walls.
