Amigos

Our place is at 17/A Mathikere on the ground floor. We went with the name Amigos because we wanted it to feel friendly and local. It’s a small space, nothing too fancy at all. We have some basic furniture and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. Mathikere is a crowded neighborhood and there’s always a lot of noise from the street outside. We have the ground floor, so people are always peeking in or stopping by to say hello. It’s a very casual environment. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. Most of us just show up in whatever we’re comfortable in, usually just jeans. We spend our days working on different projects and drinking a lot of tea. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to do, and we’ll just order some food and keep going until it's done. It’s not a corporate office with lots of rules and meetings. We just try to get along and do our work as well as we can. People in the area know us by now. We don’t have a big advertising budget or anything like that. Most of our visitors come because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. It’s a relaxed way to run things, and it suits the vibe of Mathikere. We just take each day as it comes.
