Ameya Dyechem Pvt Ltd has been operating out of Bangalore for some time now. This city is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal mostly with the chemical and dye trade, helping out various factories and workshops that need specific materials for their production lines. We don’t have one of those shiny buildings in the tech parks. Our setup is a lot more modest and grounded than that. Dealing with the traffic in Bangalore is probably the hardest part of our day-to-day work, especially when we have shipments coming in or going out. We’ve learned to plan around the busy hours. The staff here is small, and we’ve all been working together for a good while. We spend a lot of time on the phone and managing our inventory lists. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it’s necessary for the businesses we serve. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on getting the chemicals out to people when they need them. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple orders come in at once, but we always figure it out. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We enjoy being part of the local business community here in this big city. We don't use big marketing terms to describe what we do. It’s just about buying and selling dyes and keeping the process moving as smoothly as we can for everyone involved.
