Start with the location in Ejipura. It’s on 2nd Main 27th Cross. It gets dusty in the afternoons when the wind picks up. We’ve been here for a while now, sitting in this office with the blue door. Mostly we just deal with paperwork and talking to people looking for jobs. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, old chairs that creak a bit, and a water filter in the corner that makes a weird humming noise. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so loud we have to close the windows, even when it's hot. People walk in asking about openings in different sectors. We try to keep track of everything on the computer, but there are always notebooks lying around. The tea shop at the corner is where we go when things get stressful. It’s just us here, trying to get through the pile of resumes every day. Bangalore weather is usually okay, but inside it gets a bit stuffy. We don’t have any big signs or posters. Just the name on the door and some files stacked up to the ceiling. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. But that’s how it is when you’re busy with recruitment stuff all day long. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. The guy who runs the store next door always stops by to chat. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we do here in Ejipura.
