Amarnath Stores

Amarnath Stores is over in JP 1st Phase, right on the 2nd Cross. Our address is 373/73, which sounds a bit odd but it’s just how the plots were laid out years ago. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads nearby, which I personally prefer. Most of the people who come into the store are folks who live just a few blocks away. We open up pretty early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get things ready for the morning rush. The shelves are packed with all sorts of things, and sometimes I even forget where I tucked something away. It’s a small space, so we have to use every inch of the walls at No. 373/73. There isn't any fancy lighting or displays here, just the items people need for their daily lives. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but our little corner has stayed mostly the same. My family helps out when it gets busy, especially on the weekends. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here on the 2nd Cross. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when it's slow and watch the cars go by. It's a steady life, and we know most of our customers by their first names. We try to keep things simple and just focus on keeping the shelves stocked with what people are looking for every day.
