Amar Engineers

Amar Engineers is situated in the second sector of the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at B-245 on the 24th Main. This part of Bangalore is always humming with the sound of machinery and transport vehicles. Our unit is one of many in this block, but we’ve carved out our own little space here. The building is a bit gray and the stairs are narrow. We focus on mechanical parts and some fabrication work. Inside, it’s mostly filled with machines and stacks of raw material. I spend a lot of my time on the 24th Cross checking on deliveries and making sure the orders are moving along. The air smells like hot metal and cooling oil most of the time. We have a small office upstairs where the accounts are kept, but I prefer being down on the shop floor. The light isn't great in the back corners, so we use portable lamps. We’ve been here long enough to know all the tea stall owners nearby. It’s a tough environment with the dust and the constant noise, but it’s where we belong. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. If someone needs work done, they usually call us because someone else told them we do a decent job for a fair price. Every day is pretty much the same routine of measuring, cutting, and checking. It’s hard work but it pays the bills and keeps the family going.
