We spend a lot of time going over structural details and checking the engineering side of things. It’s not just about drawing pretty buildings; there is a lot of math and technical stuff that happens behind the scenes. We have a small team, and we mostly just focus on getting the job done without much fuss. The desks are usually covered in site maps and red pens. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. People usually just walk in, and we talk over the table. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we’re out at sites, and other times we’re stuck here at the computers all day. The location in the industrial town makes it easy for us to connect with suppliers and contractors who are working in the same zone. It’s a functional space for functional work, which is exactly how we like to run things daily.
