Al Haram Caterers

Our kitchen is located at 41275 Ganganagar Jantanagar Near Adikabir Ashram. It’s a place where things are always moving, especially early in the mornings when we start the big burners. You can usually smell the onions frying or the spices being ground from down the street. We deal with a lot of big pots and long spoons because when we cook, it’s usually for a lot of people at once. It’s hot work, standing over those flames, but it's what we do. The neighborhood around Jantanagar is pretty familiar to us now. We’ve seen the ashram area change over the years while we stay busy with our rice and gravy dishes. We don’t have a big office or anything, just the cooking space and a place to keep the transport containers. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders have to go out at the same time, but we manage to get the lids on and the trucks loaded. It’s not a glamorous job, washing those massive vessels at the end of the day, but it feels good to see the empty pots come back. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next meal we have to prepare for someone’s gathering. We don't spend money on ads or flyers. Most people just find us by the smell of the food or by asking around the neighborhood. It is a long day every single time but satisfying.
