If you go down Banaswadi Main Road in Pappaiah Layout, you’ll find us near the water tank. We are at No.684/D5 in B Channasandra. It’s a pretty easy landmark to remember since everyone knows where the water tank is. This is where we run our catering business from. It’s a simple ground-floor space that we’ve converted into a working kitchen. It’s not the most modern place you’ve ever seen, but it’s got everything we need to cook for a crowd. The floor is concrete and we have these big industrial sinks for washing up. We spend most of our time here, especially during the wedding season when things get really crazy. There are piles of containers everywhere and the smell of spices is always in the air. Sometimes the delivery van struggles to park in the narrow lane, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporation with a marketing department. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle large amounts of food. We’ve had to fix the roof a couple of times and the plumbing is always acting up, but that’s just part of owning an older building. Most of our customers are from right here in the 560033 neighborhood. They just walk in or call us on the phone when they need something. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just focus on the cooking and hope the day goes smoothly.
