Agarwal Packworld Pvt Ltd is based at 472 Bommanahalli, right on Swami Vivekananda Road. It’s a busy street with plenty of trucks and cars going past all day long. Our office is basically where all the logistics happen. We have stacks of boxes and packing tape everywhere you look. It isn't a very pretty place, but it is functional. We spend most of our time coordinating where things need to go and making sure the loaders have everything they need. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking where their stuff is or how much it will cost to move a house. We try to answer everyone as best as we can, though it gets hectic sometimes. The team here has been around for a while, so we know the routine well. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee machines. It's just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork scattered around. Some days the weather is hot and the warehouse part gets a bit stuffy, but that’s just part of the job. We keep it pretty basic. No big speeches or corporate slogans, just getting things packed and moved to the next location. It’s hard work, and we’re often tired by the end of the shift, but we show up every morning and start over again. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a truck, but we don't mind much.
