Aegis Bpo Services Limited is on the 1st Floor at 218, 14th Main. We are in Banashankari 1st Stage, specifically the 2nd Block in Hanumanthnagar, Bangalore 560 050. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office is basically just a large room with a lot of workstations. We spend our time managing different processes for other companies. It involves a lot of sitting and focusing on screens, but we try to keep the mood light. We are not some big corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s just us on the first floor doing our daily tasks. Most of us live nearby or take the local transport to get to Hanumanthnagar. We have people from different backgrounds all working together. We don’t really care about being polished or sounding like a big shots. We just want to get the work finished so our clients are satisfied. The office is often full of the sound of typing and people chatting about their work. Sometimes we order food in from the local shops around Banashankari. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. That is how we have always operated here at 218, 14th Main.
