Aditya Birla Minacs

Our office is situated at 165 in the 1st Phase of J.P. Nagar, Bangalore 78. It's a bit further down from the other phases, and it has its own character. We are part of Aditya Birla Minacs, and this building is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a simple brick and concrete structure. Nothing that would win an award for architecture, but it keeps the rain out and gives us a place to work. The street outside can get quite crowded with bikes and cars during the rush hour. We have a small parking area that fills up way too fast every morning. Inside, the rooms are filled with the hum of computers and the sound of people talking. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a workspace. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon. Most of the furniture is a bit older, but it's comfortable enough. We’ve seen the 1st Phase of J.P. Nagar grow and change over the years, with more buildings popping up all around us. We just keep doing our thing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we have a good group of people here. We know each other's names and usually know what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s just a regular, honest place to work in Bangalore.
