We've been here in JP Nagar 2nd Stage for a while now. If you come by early in the morning, you'll see the shutters going up around number 9. It’s usually quiet for about ten minutes before the first few people walk in for their coffee. We keep things moving pretty fast because most folks are trying to get to work or just want to grab a quick bite before they start their day. The kitchen stays busy with the sound of plates and the smell of breakfast stuff cooking. Sometimes the line gets a bit long near the counter, especially on weekends when families show up, but we try to manage. It's not a fancy place, just a regular spot where you can sit down or stand and eat. The street outside gets quite crowded with scooters parked everywhere. Our staff has been around for a bit, so they know most of the regulars who come in from the nearby houses. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are. Dealing with the daily supply of milk and vegetables keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit messy near the entrance, but we just mop it up and keep going. It is what it is, a local place for local people to eat. We try to keep the tables clean, though it gets hard when it's really packed. That's pretty much our life here at Adigas Fastfood. We focus on getting the food out hot.
