Adigas Fast Food is right there in Gandhi Bazaar on Langford Road 2. It’s a place that stays busy because of where it is. Gandhi Bazaar is always full of life, especially in the mornings when the flower sellers are out and the markets are opening up. Our spot is quite small, so things can get a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once. There’s a lot of clinking of plates and the sound of the stoves going. We don’t have a lot of time for chatting during the rush, but we see the same people coming in every day for a quick bite before work. Langford Road has its own rhythm. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, but it keeps the energy up. We’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times and the paint on the walls is getting a bit old, but it doesn't stop us. It’s a simple fast food joint. We focus on getting the food out fast because that’s what people expect when they’re on their way somewhere else. No one comes here for a long, quiet dinner. They come because they’re hungry and they’re in a hurry. We just keep the water running, the gas on, and the tables wiped. It’s honest work in a busy part of town. We’ve been at this for a while now. We just open the doors early and keep going until the end of the day.
