Our office is located at A2 Supriya Sankul on New Baner Road. Pune is a fast-growing city, and this area especially has changed a lot lately. We are right there in the middle of it. The office is a simple space where we handle job placements and staffing needs. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a functional place for us to work every day. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to figure out where they would work best. Baner Road is always busy, so there is plenty of energy around. We keep things pretty informal here. No one is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just want to get the work done without a lot of fuss or complicated meetings. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to save time. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We deal with all sorts of people, from those just starting out to those with years of experience. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. We just look at what's available and try to help. It’s a straightforward way to run an office, and it seems to work for us and the people who visit. The tea shop downstairs is where we get our morning start before the phone starts ringing and the busy afternoon begins.
