Adecco India Pvt Ltd is right here in N R Colony, specifically at No 381 on the 5th Cross. It is part of 6th Main, a busy part of Bangalore. We have been here for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting at the desks handling paperwork and talking to folks who come in looking for work. It is not a fancy place, just a regular office space in a building owned by Mr Chinnaya. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find once you get off the main road. The neighborhood stays active with people moving around all day. We try to keep things organized, but when there are many people coming in at once, it gets a bit hectic. We handle hiring stuff mostly. It is practical work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea guy comes late, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We are basically just a group of people trying to help other people get jobs. Nothing too complicated about it. We do not have any big fancy signs or anything. Just a small sign and some chairs inside for people to wait. It is a quiet street usually, except for the occasional honking from the 6th Main traffic nearby. We just do our thing every day from morning until the evening, making sure we get the paperwork right and help as many people as we can. It is just a regular life here and we like it that way.
