Our office is sitting at number 145 on IV Main in Sampige Layout. If you know Bangalore, you know how these layouts are. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the turns, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the spot. We are in the 560 079 area. It’s a decent and quiet place to work. We don't have a big shining sign out front. It’s just a regular building where we handle all the recruitment stuff for Adecco India Ltd. We spend our mornings going through resumes and our afternoons talking to various clients. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest with you. The street outside is usually busy with people going about their daily business. We like the local vibe of Sampige Layout. It’s not like those big, cold tech parks on the other side of town. It feels much more grounded here. We have a small group of people working at the desks inside. We share snacks and complain about the Bangalore traffic like everyone else in Karnataka. We don’t really have a big corporate philosophy or mission to share. We just try to do our jobs well and help people find some decent work to support themselves. Some of our files are a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s a functional space that suits us. We’ve been here through the rains and the heat, just keeping the office running. No frills, just us working every day.
