You can find us on Mysore Road, right at the BMK Layout. We are on the first floor of building number 63/1/1, just at the 4th Cross on 2nd Main. It’s a busy area of Bangalore, especially with all the trucks and buses going by constantly. Our office is fairly straightforward. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of filing cabinets. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we know the local area quite well. We deal with workforce solutions, but it’s really just about matching people to what’s available. Most days, the phone starts ringing early. We try to answer everything, but sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when three people call at once. We aren't trying to be a big fancy corporation; we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the water cooler needs fixing, just normal office stuff. People from the layout often stop by to ask about openings. We like being accessible to the local crowd. It’s a practical environment. We spend a lot of time on the computers and checking references. It might not sound very exciting, but it’s what we do every day. We’ve gotten pretty good at navigating the Mysore Road traffic over the years. It’s a solid place to work, and we just keep things moving along as best as we can without making things too complicated for anyone.
