We are located over in Jayanagar 4th Block, specifically at Prasanna Kuteera on 36th A Cross. It’s a quiet enough street if you ignore the main road traffic nearby. Being in 18th Main means we get to see a lot of the local neighborhood activity. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we manage the workforce stuff. A lot of the time, the morning is spent just catching up on emails and talking to folks who need staff or are looking for a role. It gets pretty busy around mid-morning. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the rainy Bangalore weather makes the commute a bit of a pain for the staff, but we usually make it in on time. Jayanagar has that old Bangalore feel that we really like. There are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby, which is nice when things get hectic. We handle quite a few different types of roles from this branch. It’s mostly about keeping the records straight and making sure everyone gets where they need to be. We don’t really use a lot of big words or complicated processes. It’s just us doing the daily work, filing papers, and answering the phones. People know they can find us here at the corner. It's a steady place, nothing too loud or over the top. We just try to get through the daily to-do list.
