Adea Solutions is based out of an office at 46, 1st Cross in Nehru Nagar, which is also in the Seshadripuram area of Bangalore. The address is actually care of Dr Abdul Kalam, so that’s a name you see on the mail quite often. It’s a typical Bangalore street, narrow and busy, with a lot of houses and small businesses all mixed together. We’ve been at this spot for some time. The office itself is just a regular room with some computers and chairs. We do a lot of solutions-based work, which basically means we spend our time on the computer trying to solve whatever problems our clients send over. It’s not glamorous work, and we don't pretend it is. There’s no big corporate lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some tea bags in the corner. We get to work early to beat some of the traffic, though that doesn't always work out. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all complain about it, but generally, we get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s just a normal office where people work hard and go home when the sun goes down. No big missions, just daily work.
