Our office for Added Values Consulting Pvt Ltd is located in Sastry Nagar, right on the corner of 2nd Main and 13th Cross. It's a typical Bangalore neighborhood, a bit busy with scooters and people walking to the shops nearby. We’ve been set up here for some time now. The building is nothing fancy, just a functional space where we can sit down and focus on the consulting work we have. We have a few rooms filled with books and old records that we probably should have cleared out years ago. There’s a small area where we meet people, usually over some coffee because that’s how things go in this city. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We take things as they come. Most days involve looking at spreadsheets or chatting about how to solve a specific problem for someone who walked in. We aren't a massive firm with a lot of layers. If you call, you usually talk to one of the same three people every time. We like the local feel of Sastry Nagar. It keeps us grounded. The traffic can be a pain in the evenings, but that’s just part of living and working in Bangalore. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements out front. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live just down the street. It’s a quiet way to run a business, and we wouldn't change it for anything else.
