Adamya Ayurveda

We are located on Bannerghatta Road, tucked away at No.639 on the 1st Main. If you know where the IIMB campus is, we are basically right behind it. It's a busy part of Bangalore, but being on the 1st Main helps a little with the noise from the main road. Adamya Ayurveda is where we spend most of our waking hours, working with different herbs and oils. The smell of the medicine is the first thing you notice when you walk in, which most people find quite relaxing. We aren't a big fancy spa or anything like that. The building is older, and the rooms are simple. We have wooden shelves filled with jars and bottles that we have to keep organized. Sometimes the delivery of supplies gets delayed because of the traffic on Bannerghatta Road, but we manage. Our day usually starts early, getting everything ready before the first person arrives. The team is small, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We handle the cleaning, the billing, and the consultations ourselves. There’s no big corporate board making decisions; it’s just us trying to run a decent place. People come to us from all over the area, and we try to give them the time they need without rushing. It’s a practical way of working, focusing on the basics and making sure our patients feel like they are being heard in a quiet, simple environment.
