Our place is at 11 Banneraghatta Road, in the West Minster Nayaks Pride building. We are right opposite the AGN Kalyan Mantap. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with all the traffic going towards the national park or the hospitals. Inside, it’s a bit different from the chaos outside. We deal with herbs and oils and traditional stuff every day. The smells are pretty strong when you walk in. We chose this spot in Nayaks Pride because it’s easy for people to find, even if the parking on Bannerghatta Road can be a nightmare sometimes. We aren't a big fancy hospital. It’s more of a local clinic where we talk to people about their health. Many of the folks who come in are from the neighborhood, or they saw us while passing the Kalyan Mantap. We spend a lot of time preparing things and listening to what’s bothering people. It’s slow work, and you can’t really rush it. The building itself is just a regular commercial space, but we’ve tried to make it feel a bit more comfortable for the people who visit. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the routines. It’s just how we do things here on the 11th plot. We’ve been here for some time now and seen the road get wider and the buildings get taller over the years.
