You can find us in Coxtown, which is in the Bangalore 05 area. We call ourselves Access Manpower Solutions. Our office is a pretty simple place where we spend most of the day looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. Coxtown has its own vibe, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is often full of the sound of phones ringing or someone typing away at a keyboard. Bangalore is known for its traffic, so we hear the honking and the buses going by outside our window all day long. We have a few filing cabinets that are probably too full, and the desks are always cluttered with notes. It is a lot of work trying to match people with different jobs, and it can get a bit overwhelming when there are too many applications to get through. We don't have a big corporate structure here, just a small team of us who know each other well. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It is just a regular local business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, open the office, and spend the day trying to help people find where they need to go next. It's practical work that keeps us busy from morning until we lock up in the evening.
