Accenture

Being at Accenture in Coimbatore is a bit of a different experience. We are located at 209 Addis Street in Uppilipalayam. It is a good location that is close enough to everything we need but still feels a bit private. The building on Addis Street has been there for quite a long time. We have a few rooms where we have set up our desks and gear. The weather here in Coimbatore can get really warm, so we keep the AC going most of the time. It makes a constant humming noise, but we don't really notice it anymore. The people in this area are very friendly, and we often say hello to the neighbors when we are coming or going. Uppilipalayam is a busy part of town, so there is always some life on the street. We don’t have a big reception area or any fancy stuff. You just walk in and find us at our desks. It’s a very relaxed and informal place to work. We usually keep some snacks in the cupboard for when we need a bit of energy in the late afternoon. Sometimes we stay a bit late to get things finished, and the street gets nice and quiet. Our setup at 209 Addis Street is simple. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local team doing our jobs every day. The commute is much easier than what our friends in Bangalore deal with. It works well for us.
