You can find us, Accenture, in unit G 1003 at Rohan Vasantha in Marathahalli. This is a residential complex, so it’s a very different environment from a typical office park. We like being here because it’s quiet and has a lot of greenery around. Our workspace is basically a converted flat. We have our computers set up in the different rooms and a common area where we discuss things. It’s a very informal setup. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. We just come in and get to work. The security at the gate is quite strict, so we always have to make sure guests are registered. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to building G, but it’s a nice enough walk. We don’t have a lot of walk-in traffic, which suits us just fine. Most of our work is done online anyway. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks and look out at the gardens. It’s a very peaceful way to spend the workday. We aren’t a big, flashy operation. We’re just a small team of people working out of a flat in Bangalore. It’s practical and it keeps our costs down, which is important to us. We’re happy with how things are set up here in Marathahalli. Every day is pretty much the same routine.
