Accenture

We are located on the third floor of House Number 330 in Beml Layout, Kundanhalli. It’s right across from the Aecs Layout in Bangalore. It’s a pretty good spot because there are a lot of food places and shops nearby. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, but it also means a lot of stairs if the power is out. We have a decent amount of space for our team at Accenture. It’s mostly just an open area with some partitions we put up ourselves. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. People just walk in and we say hello. The neighborhood is a mix of people living there and small businesses like ours. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we don’t mind it much. We have a small area in the corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things. The walls are a bit plain, maybe we should put something up, but we never get around to it because we’re always busy. It’s a honest place to work. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward.
