Our office is situated at 9 9 Maruthi Nagar in the Madivala area of Bangalore. If you’ve ever been to Madivala, you know it’s a hub of activity with buses and people everywhere. Our little corner for Accenture Services Pvt Ltd is just a plain, practical workspace. We aren’t located in one of those huge tech parks on the edge of the city. Instead, we’re right in the thick of it. The office itself is quite basic. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and our computer systems. We spend our time managing different service tasks and making sure everything is running as it should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We usually head out to the local eateries for some coffee or a quick bite when we get a chance. The traffic noise is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get back to work. There are no corporate speeches or big promises here. We just aim to finish our daily quota and keep the records organized. It’s a real, everyday kind of place where people work hard without any extra fuss. That’s just the way it is for us, and we're okay with that.
