In Marathahalli, we are situated at 117 on 3rd Cross Street in Munnekolla. This part of Bangalore is always under construction or full of people moving around. Accenture Services Pvt Ltd has this office tucked away from the heaviest traffic of the main ring road. It is a basic building that serves its purpose. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. You just come in and see us at our desks. The 3rd Cross Street can be a bit dusty, and parking is always a gamble, but we have made this place our own. We spend the day working on service projects and keeping up with our emails. It is a straightforward environment where nobody puts on airs. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon slump. Most of the staff lives in the nearby PG houses or apartments, so we know the local area well. We don't have any polished mission statements or grand visions. We just aim to get the work done correctly so we don't have to redo it later. Sometimes the internet is great, and sometimes it is a bit slow, but that is just life here. It is a very human place to work, with all the usual office chatter and the sound of the city outside. We are just a local team doing our jobs in Munnekolla.
