Accenture Services Pvt Limited is based at House No 16, 24th Main, 3rd C Cross in BTM Layout. We are right near the Uddupi Garden, which is a big landmark around here in Bangalore 76, Karnataka. Being near the garden is great because everyone knows where that is, so we never have to give long directions. The office is in a residential-style building, which makes the whole place feel a bit more comfortable. We aren't a big corporate office with a thousand employees. It’s just a handful of us working on the service side of things. We have a routine of starting early before the BTM traffic gets too bad. The 24th Main can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we’ve learned to plan our day around it. Inside, it’s just desks, a few printers, and a lot of documents. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work. We just provide the services that are expected of us. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have meetings about meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be fixed. It’s a good way to work and it keeps things moving without any unnecessary stress. We’ve been at this BTM address for a while and we’ve become a part of the local scene here. It’s just a regular office where real work happens every single day.
