You’ll find us at 2020 Ashirwad on 1St Amain in the Mrcr Layout of Vijaynagar, Bangalore. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a good spot. We’re Accenture Pvt India Ltd. The office is basically a house that’s been converted, so it has a different feel than a standard office building. It’s got a few different rooms that we’ve turned into workspaces. It’s not the most modern setup, and the wiring is a bit messy in places, but it works for us. We do our daily tasks here, mostly focused on the Indian side of the business. The neighborhood is fairly calm, and there’s a nice park nearby where some of us walk during lunch. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with shiny floors. You just walk in and see everyone at their desks. It’s an honest way to work. We talk to each other across the rooms instead of sending formal emails for everything. Sometimes we have issues with the power cutting out, but the backup usually kicks in after a minute or two. It’s just part of life here. We aren't putting on a show for anyone. We’re just a group of people trying to get the work done right. It’s a practical space where we can focus without all the corporate distractions you see elsewhere. It feels more like a small community than a giant company when you are inside.
