Accenture Management Consulting operates out of 123 3 Mahantha Layout, right on Bull Temple Road in Bangalore. This is a pretty well-known part of the city, and the area around the temple is always busy. Our office is tucked away in the layout, which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main road. The building itself is older, but it has a bit of character that you don't find in the newer glass buildings. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working at our stations. We have a lot of books and old files stored in the back because we’ve been at this for a while. The kitchen area is tiny, basically just a kettle and a microwave, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time discussing business strategies and helping out our clients with their problems. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the stress levels can get a bit high when deadlines are approaching. But we usually manage to keep things light with some jokes. The parking situation can be a bit of a headache if you arrive late, so most of us try to get here early. We like the neighborhood because there are some really good local food spots nearby for lunch. It’s a grounded place to work, and we don’t feel the need to pretend to be anything other than a hardworking team in a regular office.
